A practical ergonomics workshop in which the participants are helped to learn the correct lifting and lifting techniques in their own working environment (warehouse, production hall, storage space, ….)
During this practical workshop, participants are taught the correct lifting and hoisting techniques in their own working environment, and the work is monitored in production.
There is also the possibility to adjust each workstation individually ergonomically.
Clear explanations during the Ergonomics workshop. The personal explanation of specific tasks such as in the pool itself and how to carry them out ergonomically was very welcome and useful. Sometimes the theory was a bit too much compared to the practical tips which are much more useful.
