YOUR KIDNEYS CAN PROCESS 0.7 TO 1 LITERS OF FLUID PER HOUR.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>You can check whether you have drunk enough on the basis of the color of your urine. Your color of urine should be very light yellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">QUICKLY CALCULATE HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO DRINK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With this <em>formula<\/em> you can determine how much water you should drink in a day: 0.03 x your body weight, so if you weigh 60 kg, you should drink 1.8 liters of water per day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOU NEED TO DRINK MORE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES :<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In case of illness and fever, you should drink extra water to help restore your body temperature.<\/li><li>If you suffer from diarrhea, you lose a lot of fluid and it is therefore important to drink a lot.<\/li><li>If you exercise intensively, you sweat a lot more and you lose up to a liter of extra fluid per hour<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TIP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep a bottle of water in your workplace to remind you to drink.
