Nous avons appris des exercices de respiration et des moyens de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer notre corps. L&#8217;aspect positif de l&#8217;atelier est que non seulement vous vous d\u00e9tendez pendant l&#8217;atelier lui-m\u00eame, mais vous \u00eates \u00e9galement incit\u00e9 \u00e0 appliquer les techniques \u00e0 la maison ou au travail et \u00e0 penser davantage \u00e0 votre corps et \u00e0 votre sant\u00e9. Le massage final sur chaise a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 le tableau. Totalement d\u00e9tendus et pleins d&#8217;\u00e9nergie, nous avons pu nous remettre au travail. Les non-croyants qui ne voulaient pas participer se sont rapidement transform\u00e9s en croyants et sont m\u00eame all\u00e9s deux fois. Et ce parce que c&#8217;\u00e9tait bon, que \u00e7a faisait du bien et surtout que c&#8217;\u00e9tait fait de mani\u00e8re professionnelle. La voix de l&#8217;entra\u00eeneur \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able \u00e0 \u00e9couter. Son discours \u00e9tait bien construit et la pr\u00e9sentation allait droit au but. J&#8217;ai vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 l&#8217;utilisation de la salle de repos pour faire du brainstorming et discuter du sujet en petits groupes, et cela a favoris\u00e9 l&#8217;interaction.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;\u00e9tait bon \u00e0 suivre. Je dois \u00e9galement dire que la structure \u00e9tait bonne : reconnaissance des signaux, conseils et enfin terminer sur une note positive en faisant ressortir les motivations. La coop\u00e9ration en petits groupes et donc le renforcement du sens de la coll\u00e9gialit\u00e9 ont bien fonctionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Merci \u00e0 Museum M pour l&#8217;organisation de cette session et au consultant qui l&#8217;a anim\u00e9e pour nous. Tout le monde l&#8217;a trouv\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant et\/ou utile. Pour beaucoup, il s&#8217;agissait plut\u00f4t de se rassurer sur le fait que leurs habitudes de sommeil n&#8217;\u00e9taient pas probl\u00e9matiques. L&#8217;orateur \u00e9tait bien inform\u00e9, a couvert les sujets les plus pertinents et a permis de poser des questions et d&#8217;y r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Conf\u00e9rencier tr\u00e8s bon et bien inform\u00e9. Je l&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant et &#8230; remarquable, j&#8217;ai dormi 6.5h oui !&#8221; &#8220;J&#8217;ai moi-m\u00eame trouv\u00e9 cela int\u00e9ressant. La dame l&#8217;a apport\u00e9 d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s accessible. Pas de termes m\u00e9dicaux difficiles mais des situations concr\u00e8tes et reconnaissables par tous. Elle a \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 un certain nombre de conseils sur la fa\u00e7on de pr\u00e9venir les probl\u00e8mes \u00e9ventuels ou d&#8217;y \u00eatre attentif, ce que j&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s utile. Je pensais que seule la plante des pieds poss\u00e9dait ces points, mais j&#8217;ai maintenant une explication claire du fait que les mains ont un contact aussi intense avec le corps. \u00c7a s&#8217;appliquait vraiment \u00e0 notre travail, masser pour \u00e9liminer le stress. Nous pouvons \u00e9galement le faire entre deux moments o\u00f9 nous attendons que quelqu&#8217;un d\u00e9croche ou sommes en attente au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.
