Un petit effort, aux effets prouv\u00e9s : les employ\u00e9s qui limitent la position assise pendant une longue p\u00e9riode et l&#8217;interrompent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en se levant, en se promenant et en bougeant n&#8217;ont pas seulement un impact positif sur leur sant\u00e9 physique.
