During this (online) workshop you will learn the techniques to give your own hands a pleasant massage.

It is explained and shown where the areas to be treated are in order to address and massage away the initial symptoms. Massaging your own hands has a calming effect and helps relieve stress!

    The online session “Massaging stress points on your own hands” was SUPER, I found it really informative and enjoyable. I thought that only the soles of the feet had these points, but now I also got a clear explanation that the hands have such an intensive contact with the body. It also really applied to our job, massaging away stress. We can also do this in between when we are waiting for someone to answer or are on hold on the phone.
