    Clear explanations during the Ergonomics workshop. The personal explanation of specific tasks such as in the pool itself and how to carry them out ergonomically was very welcome and useful. Sometimes the theory was a bit too much compared to the practical tips which are much more useful.

    It was a very gratifying online session of Stoelyoga. I immediately felt “looser” after the session. Really made me realize that you can really do something about stiff/painful shoulders in a relatively short amount of time. I will definitely keep repeating some exercises on a regular basis.

    Thank you for the enjoyable session! You have made me realize that it doesn’t take much effort to do some exercises and feel a lot better afterwards!

    The webinar on Importance of Good Sleep was delivered very clearly and intelligibly, with enough scientific links to understand the system and yet without an overload of information. Plenty of practical tips.

    Very interestingly brought with concrete examples to apply it in our daily lives. Is actually something that everyone should follow, everyone can pick up something from this.

    Very energetic, yet at the same time calm and clear in conveying the information.

    We are fans of the chair massage! Els takes care of us professionally and has an eye for our personal pain points. For us it is a moment of rest and total surrender, where we literally ‘leave’ our workplace behind for a while, both physically and mentally. After virtually every area of the back, lower back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and even the fingertips have been addressed, we feel ‘zen’ and completely at peace. It slowly releases our energy to fly back into it for the rest of the day (week & month…). Els is also always ready with tips for a more ergonomic work posture and for ‘in between’ exercises. Since the managers are also very fond of this chair massage, we have decided to organise it on a monthly basis.

    Combination of seeing colleagues (online) + yoga + minimal need for preparation was perfect for me! On top of that, you feel the impact of the exercises immediately (both physically and mentally). I would love to take this chair yoga every week!

    I’m not at all sporty myself and never have been. So I had reservations about this initiative, but I found it a positive experience because of the “down-to-earth” and moderate approach.

    The webinar exceeded my expectations. It should definitely be repeated.

    The mocktailstasted really good. In any case, a nice initiative! You felt that the consultant was well prepared. Everything went very smoothly for her, while for me as a participant it took longer to boil water or to squeeze the grapefruits (manually) so I sometimes had to do the next steps faster to be sure. In any case, a nice initiative!

    Els is a very pleasant coach and especially her pleasant voice with which she gives the different assignments, brought me peace. She guides you enthusiastically and inspiringly through nature.
    The assignments have given me amazing insight into how to deal with stress and control my breathing and relax even more while walking. Highly recommended!

    I found the session Massaging away stress points on your hands a very interesting class. Online is always different than in real life, but everything was very easy to see and the links between hands and body were clearly articulated and pointed out. Looking forward to more.

    Un tout grand merci pour la formation online Brainfood à laquelle j’ai eu le bonheur de participer grâce à Arcadis pour la semaine du bonheur au travail. Chantale est très hyper dynamique & joviale, pleine de peps et elle explique vraiment bien tout ce qui était problématique pour moi auparavant (j’étais en obésité morbide jusqu’à l’an dernier, ex hyperphage). Cette formation est vraiment enrichissante et je remercie infiniment pour votre transmission d’infos ainsi que le powerpoint reçu la semaine dernière.
