During a Mindful Walk you will become acquainted with mindfulness, breathing techniques and moving in the open air. It’s so much more than just hiking. It is a fantastic consciousness-raising process in which one really gets moving on a physical and mental level!

Mindful Walk puts the focus on being aware, breathing consciously and walking mindfully. Experience inner peace while your legs walk for miles! Make time for yourself, for more rest and recharge. You get more energy and experience less stress.
